Cleaning
We have a team of cleaners who will keep your house sparkling, so you won't have to worry about washing sheets or doing dishes! At your request, our team will prepare your house before you arrive, and after you leave, so all you need do is walk through the door and relax.
Maintenance
All houses experience wear and tear, even when unoccupied. We will regularly check on your house to keep it in tip top shape and make sure there are no unpleasant surprises.
Welcome home
Regardless of how long you have been away, we can make sure there is electricity on arrival, food for breakfast and warm water, everything you need to start to enjoy your time in the sun.

Our Story
Our father started this company over 30 years ago when he first moved to Spain after noticing the difficulties of keeping a house while his friends were away. From sqatters, unexpected leaks to coming back to cold water.
He wanted his clients to have their home away from home be so cosy when they come back it would be as if they had never left.
Now he's retired. It's up to Alex to maintain his legacy.
